Click here to start your enrollment packet! This packet gathers the essentials:
Child’s medical & emergency info 🏥Parent/guardian contact details 📞Consent forms & immunization records 📄You can download the packet from the “Enroll” section of our site, or request a printed copy when you come in for your tour. 📅 Step 3 – Choose a Start DateNow the excitement builds! 🎈 Pick the date that works best for your family—whether it’s the first Monday of the month, a mid‑month kickoff, or a special date that feels right. We’ll reserve your spot and send a warm welcome packet with everything you’ll need for day 1 (including a handy “What to Pack” checklist).
💰 Registration Fees & CCAP InformationRegistration fees are due when you submit your completed enrollment packet. This secures your child’s place in our program and covers initial administrative costs.If you’re a CCAP participant, give our office a quick call 📞 (or drop by) for personalized guidance. While CCAP helps with many costs, there may be out‑of‑pocket fees for items not covered by the program (e.g., extra field trips, special supplies, or extended‑hour care).Our goal is to keep everything transparent, so you’ll always know exactly what’s covered and what isn’t.

Online, Download a copy, Or fill out a packet on site at the location! Once you have completed the online registration/enrollment packet please upload your verification documents. Ex: Parents ID, Child's Birth certificate, social security card, and shot records!
